MUSEUM RELEASE
Inspired by Northern Rhone reds, co-fermentation of Durif and Viognier (4%) results in a fine, textural and aromatic Durif.
Everything about this wine is elegant, from wonderfully integrated tannins, to continuity of fruit flavours that are guided by a fine acidity. Drinking beautifully after some years in bottle, this wine has characters of savoury spice, cinnamon, dark cherry and plum. The layers of flavour and structure will unfold gracefully with delicate aeration and slow enjoyment.
Handpicked, wild yeast, 20% stems, some whole bunch fermentation. Matured in 20% new French oak.
