Bottle age helps the wine's fortifying spirit beautifully integrate with the fruit, softening and becoming richer over time. Expect characters of light toffee, hay, musk, citrus peel and clean acidity.
Handcrafted from grapes from a single vintage, it's inspired by the wines of Beaumes de Venise in France.
Enjoy chilled as a dessert wine with creamy desserts or soft cow's milk cheeses such as D'Affinois.
