For one night only, The Victoria Hotel will showcase the region's most talented producers and makers in a unique venue-wide experience.
You'll receive a 'passport' and map on arrival, outlining the interactive moments throughout the venue. With something to discover in every space, guests will enjoy country hospitality redefined in a recently renovated 19th-century venue.
Indulge in a special menu designed by chef Brendan Anderson and enjoy a diverse selection of locally crafted beverages, with insights and stories shared by the makers themselves.
Scion will be among the featured producers, alongside The Convent Brewery, James & Co. Wines, Parker Pies, Woodstock Flour, The Peaks Artisan Cheesemakers, Murray River Smokehouse, Gelatina and others.
